Yeelight smart lighting solution combines the concept of healthy lighting and smart lighting. The lighting is designed by a team of professional designers to match human biorhythm, and various lighting modes are provided to cater to users’ daily needs, providing them with the most comfortable lighting environment. The control system utilizes BLE Mesh technology, which allows for instant device connection and control. With the BLE Mesh system, Yeelight devices can be controlled on Yeelight app, browser/server-based management system, and even with QR code.

In addition, Yeelight is adding the Staria Bedside Lamp Pro to its collection, which provides comfortable lighting with wireless charging capability. The 10W Qi wireless charging pad can charge your phone as well as AirPods in a safe and quick manner. The Staria Lamp is also calibrated with a proprietary algorithm based on the Kruithof curve to offer just the right brightness and color temperature to create the desired ambiance. Yeelight Staria Lamp will be available on Yeelight Amazon Store in Q1, 2020.

Users can connect the lamp with smart systems, such as the Google Assistant, SmartThings, and Apple HomeKit. It is not surprising that the product gained Google’s recognition. It is displayed at the Google Assistant Playground partner gallery at CES this year. By connecting Yeelight Staria Lamp with the Google Assistant, users are able to control their Yeelight Staria Lamp using just their voice, anywhere in the house.

It’s worth mentioning Yeelight is among the first vendors to use the Google Local Home SDK. With Local Home SDK, the command is processed and delivered from Google Home to Yeelight devices on a local area network (LAN), instead of first processed in the cloud. Local Home SDK will greatly speed up action execution and there’s no need to wait for long to “turn on the light”. After two months of Beta testing, Yeelight announced that all users are able to experience the ease and convenience of Local Home SDK.
